David Manasher is a real estate developer, designer, and entrepreneur whose career focuses on commercial hospitality development, restaurant renovation, and innovative property projects. Originally born in Baku, Azerbaijan, then part of the former Soviet Union, David immigrated to the United States in 1991, beginning a journey defined by perseverance, education, and entrepreneurship. After settling in Texas, David pursued higher education and graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Arlington, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems. He later earned his Juris Doctor degree from Charlotte School of Law, further strengthening his understanding of business, development, contracts, and regulatory matters. Today, David combines business knowledge, design expertise, and legal insight to help transform commercial properties into successful hospitality and restaurant destinations.
